Steps to Create a Professional Email Account in cPanel

1. Begin by logging in to your cPanel account. Click on “Email” and then find “Email Accounts.”

2. Choose the desired domain name from the available options where you want to create the email address.

3. Enter a unique username that will form the first part of your email address.

 4. Create a secure password for the account, adhering to your web hosting provider’s password strength requirements.

5. Depending on your hosting plan, you might be able to allocate storage space (mailbox quota) for the email account.

6. Once you’ve entered all the necessary details, click the “Create Account” button to establish the new email account.
