At BigCloudy, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer a transparent and fair refund process. Below is our detailed refund policy:

Standard Refund Terms

Clients may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase for eligible services.
Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable taxes and hourly charges for any work already completed.
If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card used during purchase.
For payments made via PayPal, refunds will be issued to the original PayPal account used.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable because they involve third-party vendors where BigCloudy does not receive refunds on cancellations. These include (but are not limited to):

Trial Hosting plans
Add-ons or licenses (WHM/cPanel, Plesk, Dedicated Server License, SSL Certificates, OnApp, etc.)
Domain Registrations & Transfers
Website Builders and other third-party integrations

Since these services are procured from vendors such as cPanel, WHMCS, Cloudflare, Plesk, etc., refunds are not possible in case of cancellation.

Service Downtime & Maintenance

Scheduled maintenance carried out by BigCloudy or our network providers does not qualify for uptime-related refund claims.
BigCloudy is not responsible for failures caused by third-party services.
Any service found in breach of our Terms of Service or linked to abuse complaints may be suspended or terminated without refund.

Refund Process

BigCloudy’s refund process is built to ensure a smooth, fair, and transparent experience for our clients.
Eligibility Check: Refunds apply only to eligible products and services within the allowed period. Some services have different refund timelines (see Non-Refundable list above).
Request Submission: Customers can request a refund by reaching out via BigCloudy’s Billing Portal or by contacting our Billing Team.
Review & Verification: Our billing team will review the request to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements.
Processing the Refund: If your refund is approved, we will issue it back to the same payment method you used. The amount may be adjusted based on the unused time left in your plan subscription.
Confirmation: Customers will be notified once the refund has been processed, along with transaction details.

Some services may have limitations, exclusions, or partial refunds only. Customers are advised to review the terms for their specific plan before purchase.

License Costs

License fees for third-party software and applications bundled with our plans (such as cPanel, Plesk, Cloudflare, WHMCS) are subject to change without prior notice.
These costs are set by vendors and are non-refundable.

Money-Back Guarantee

Dedicated Servers and other Data Center related hosting services are not covered under BigCloudy’s money-back guarantee.
In exceptional cases, BigCloudy may issue pro-rated refunds at its sole discretion.
We also provide a price freeze guarantee, ensuring your purchased hosting price remains unchanged during the contract period.
We reserve the right to adjust resource allocation or service pricing listed on our website when necessary.
