BigCloudy Affiliate Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the BigCloudy Affiliate Program. By joining as an authorized affiliate partner, you agree to follow the terms and conditions mentioned in this agreement. Please read these terms carefully before signing up. By registering, you confirm that you understand and accept these rules. Our program is designed to help you earn money by referring new hosting customers to BigCloudy. Below are the detailed terms and conditions that apply to all affiliates.

Eligible Products for Affiliate Commission

Affiliates can earn commissions on successful referrals for the following:

•WordPress Hosting
•Cloud Hosting
•Reseller Hosting
•VPS Hosting
•Dedicated Servers
•SSL Certificates

Ineligible Products

No commission will be paid for referrals related to:

•Domain Name registrations
•WHMCS Licenses
•Control Panel Licenses
•Any other paid third-party licenses

Payment Terms

•Affiliates earn a one-time referral commission for every new hosting customer they bring in.
•A referral is valid only if the customer signs up through your unique affiliate tracking link and completes their purchase within 365 days.
•The referred customer must remain active for at least 365 days.

Commission Approval & Bonus

•Commission approval happens 90 days after the client’s purchase date.
•New affiliates get a signup bonus of ₹500. This bonus is released only after earning a minimum of ₹5000 commission.
•The first payout = ₹500 (bonus) + ₹5000 (commission) = ₹5500.
•A minimum of ₹5000 commission is required for payout eligibility.
•Payouts are processed on the 15th of every month.

Important Payment Rules

•Only new client referrals qualify. Orders made by existing BigCloudy clients are not eligible.
•Renewals, upgrades, or add-on purchases from existing clients do not generate commission.
•If a referred order is cancelled or refunded, no commission will be paid.
•Payments are made via PayPal or NEFT. For NEFT, affiliates must provide bank details at contact@bigcloudy.com.
•Affiliates are responsible for keeping their payment details accurate and updated. Lost or returned payments due to incorrect details may be forfeited.
•Affiliates must ensure they can receive payments from Indian entities (PayPal/bank).
•Any bank fees, currency exchange charges, or taxes are the affiliate’s responsibility.
•To reduce fraud, BigCloudy may hold commissions for up to 90 days before release.
•Commission amounts are calculated on the order value, minus GST and payment gateway charges.

Other Payment Conditions

•Affiliates must generate at least 2 signups within 6 months to keep their signup bonus.
•The minimum billing cycle for valid referrals is 1 year.
•No commission is paid if discounts reduce the order value below the commission amount.
•Affiliates can track commissions anytime in their affiliate dashboard.

Reversals (When Commissions are Cancelled)

Commission amounts may be reversed in the following cases:

•The referral cancels their hosting before completing 365 days.
•The referral downgrades their hosting plan.
•The referral issues a chargeback or uses fraudulent payment methods (fake/stolen cards, false details, etc.).
•The referral cancels before the affiliate reaches the ₹5000 minimum payout threshold.

Advertising Compliance

To maintain fair practices, affiliates must follow these rules:

Strictly Prohibited:

•Offering cashbacks, rewards, or incentives to drive affiliate sales.
•Using traffic from pay-to-click, banner exchanges, pop-ups, spam emails, or purchased traffic.
•Cookie stuffing (placing affiliate cookies without actual clicks).
•Bidding on or using BigCloudy’s brand name, trademarks, or misspellings in PPC ads or domain names.
•Redirecting PPC links or domains directly to BigCloudy’s website.
•Copying BigCloudy’s website content or banners onto your own site.
•Advertising on sites with adult or illegal content.
•Promoting through business-opportunity schemes or low-retention traffic sources.

Affiliate Responsibility:

•Ensure your tracking links are correctly set up and functional.
•Use only official affiliate links and banners provided by BigCloudy.
•Promote ethically to genuine customers.

Deactivation Policy

Your affiliate account may be terminated immediately if:

•You fail to comply with these Terms & Advertising rules.
•Fraudulent or misleading activities are linked to your account.
•You generate multiple fake signups or use deceptive traffic methods.
•You attempt to resell hosting services instead of referring genuine clients.

If you wish to discontinue, simply stop using affiliate links. Your account and details will remain in BigCloudy’s system for accounting purposes.

Agreement

By registering as an affiliate, you agree to follow these terms. If you disagree, you may stop the signup process or deactivate your account anytime.

Changes to Terms

•BigCloudy reserves the right to update or modify these terms anytime.
•The latest version will always be available on our website.
•Continued use of the affiliate program means you accept the updated terms.
•If you do not agree with future updates, you can deactivate your account.
•As of July 2023, BigCloudy has revised its affiliate payout structure. Any older offers or terms are no longer valid.
