Creating Node.js application in cPanel can be effortless, even for beginners.

Whether you’re just starting out in web development or aiming to grow your skills, cPanel offers an user friendly interface to easily get your Node.js apps up and running.

This guide will help you through the setup process step-by-step, making it accessible even if you have little to no technical experience.

Node.js is an open-source server environment that runs on various platforms—including Windows, Linux, Unix, and macOS, and allows you to use JavaScript on the server.

Please follow the below steps to create a nodejs application in cPanel.

              1. Login to cPanel.

              1. In software section → Click on setup node.js app option.
              2. Click “Create Application” to set up a new Node.js environment.

              1. Enter the required information to proceed with the application setup and select the node.js version as per the application requirement..

              1. Once you enter the required information, Please click on create.

              1. After creating the application, you can Stop, Start, Restart, or Remove it as needed.
              2. To install dependencies, upload the package.json file in the application root path and run npm install by editing the application.

              • To install packages with NPM and perform other command-line tasks for the application, log in via SSH and enter the application’s virtual environment using the command provided in the information box at the top of the application setup page.

              Node.js environment

              After running the Node.js environment command in the terminal, you can start your application and deploy it as needed.
