Where can I view my active services and hosting plans?

In this article, you’ll learn how to view your active hosting services, servers, and billing details in your Bigcloudy Client Area. Follow these steps to quickly locate your active hosting plans, check their status, and review billing information.

Log in to Your Bigcloudy Client Area

  1. Go to Bigcloudy.com.
  2. Click Login at the top of the page.
  3. Enter your email address and password, then click Sign In.
  4. Once logged in, you’ll be redirected to your Client Area Dashboard.

Here, you can see all your active products and servers.

View and Manage Active Services

On your Client Area Dashboard, locate your active hosting services.

Click the Manage button next to a service to access options such as:

  • Edit Website
  • Log in to cPanel
  • Log in to Webmail

Manage Hosting Features

  • Email Accounts
  • Forwarders
  • File Manager
  • phpMyAdmin

Additional Options

  • Upgrade / Downgrade the service
  • Request Cancellation
