How can I download or view my invoices?

Introduction

You can easily view, download, and manage all your invoices from your Bigcloudy Client Area. This article explains how to access unpaid invoices, download individual invoice PDFs, and use additional billing options such as Mass Payment.

Step 1: Log In to Your Bigcloudy Account

Follow these steps to access your account:

  • Go to Bigcloudy.com.
  • Click Login and enter your email and password.
  • You’ll be redirected to your Client Area Dashboard

Step 2: View Unpaid Invoices

Once you are logged in:

  • On the Dashboard, look for the Unpaid Invoices section.
  • This section displays the total number of unpaid invoices.
  • Click the number to view a list of all your unpaid invoices.

  • Invoice Number
  • Invoice Date
  • Due Date
  • Total Amount
  • Status (Paid / Unpaid)

Step 3: Download Individual Invoices

To download an invoice:

  • Click Download next to the invoice you want.
  • The invoice will be downloaded as a PDF file.

The Mass Payment option allows you to pay multiple invoices together:

  • Select the invoices you want to pay.
  • Click Pay Selected to process payment in a single transaction.
