How do I upgrade my hosting plan to a higher/downgrade package?

Bigcloudy allows you to upgrade your hosting plan when you need more resources or change your requirements. You can initiate an upgrade or downgrade directly from your Client Area using two different methods. This article explains both methods step by step.

Log In to Your Bigcloudy Account

  • Go to Bigcloudy.com and log in using your email and password.
  • Once logged in, you will be redirected to your Dashboard.

Method 1: Upgrade or Downgrade from the Dashboard

Step 1: Locate Services

On the Dashboard, locate the Services section.

Step 2: Open Upgrade/Downgrade Option

Under your active service, click the three-dot menu and select Upgrade/Downgrade.

Step 3: Choose a Package

The Your Active Products/Services page will open. Select the relevant package available for upgrade or downgrade.

Step 4: Checkout and Complete Payment

Proceed to checkout, pay the generated invoice, and the upgraded package will be applied.

Note: Downgrade options depend on your current service configuration and billing cycle.

Method 2: Upgrade or Downgrade from Active Products/Services

Step 1: Open Active Products/Services

From the Dashboard, go to Your Active Products/Services.
